  • Type 2 Competences:<\/strong> These are more difficult to identify as you have to read between the lines. But if you miss them, you can easily get kicked out of the recruitment funnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Execution<\/strong>: This emphasizes strong delivery skills. The hiring manager is searching for someone hands-on, capable of turning ideas into tangible results\u2014not just someone who understands processes theoretically.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Working Iteratively and Collaboratively<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      This part highlights two key aspects:<\/p>\n

        Iteratively<\/strong>: The use of this word signals an agile mindset. The company expects you to be comfortable with developing products step by step, embracing continuous improvement and changes along the way.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Collaboratively<\/strong>: Collaboration is essential. You\u2019ll need to be a team player who can communicate effectively across departments. This also means tailoring your communication to different audiences, such as using design jargon with designers and technical language with engineers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Rapidly Build, Learn, and Iterate<\/strong><\/h4>\n

        This phrase suggests the need for entrepreneurial thinking:<\/p>\n

          The company seeks someone who can work at a fast pace while building and testing new ideas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
